We'd like to encourage all of our supporters to attend the hearing tomorrow to show support for the Coalition Against Assisted Suicide, when Judge Wickham hears our challenge to the ballot title. The hearing begins at 9:00 am and could last for a couple of hours. Directions to the Courthouse are below.

The Attorney General wrote a ballot title that we feel does not clearly show that the proposed measure legalizes "assisted suicide." We are seeking to have that language in the title of the initiative. During the 3 weeks this case has been pending, the proponents have not been able to print petitions or begin signature gathering.
