Greetings friends of the SGM Society! We just recently learned that we have need of a number of people to help out with our Baby Supplies drive for Angelorum. We're looking for people who can help run a table after Mass to collect donations and answer questions. If you can help out, please let us know which weekends and which Mass times you're available for.
This approaching weekend is the first weekend we will need help. After that we'll need help on the weekends of the 19th/20th and 26th/27th of April (no help will be needed the 12th/13th). I understand that this is awfully short notice for this coming weekend, and we appreciate anything you can help with.
Also, even if you aren't able to help out after one of the Masses, please consider bringing a donation anyway! I've copied the full announcement below, which contains information on what Angelorum will take (diapers are key, along with baby and maternity clothes)
In summary: Weekends of April 5th/6th, 19th/20th, and 26th/27th for each of the Masses.
Baby Supplies Drive to Benefit Angelorum
Weekends of: April 6th, April 20th, April 27th
The Knights of Columbus and Saint Gianna Molla Society will be collecting baby clothing and supplies after each Mass during the above weekends (in the back of the church). These supplies will be going to Angelorum Pregnancy Services to help pregnant women and women with infants.
Supplies Needed:
· Diapers (especially size 4 & 5)
· Baby Wipes
· New or "Gently Used" Baby Clothes sizes Newborn through 24 Months
· "Gently Used" Maternity Clothes of all styles and sizes
· Baby Books
· Parenting Books
