It is important that you attend this meeting. Please call Carrie for

Dr. Shane Macaulay will be speaking in a public forum entitled, "Death
With Dignity or Assisted Suicide?" The forum will include discussion
on the moral and ethical arguments on both sides of this issue. Those
presenting are Dr. Shane Macaulay of the Coalition Against Assisted
Suicide, Arline Hinckley of Compassion & Choices, and Rev. Hubert
Locke, Dean Emeritus of the Evans School of Public Affairs at UW. The
discussion will be moderated by Seattle University law professor John
Mitchell.
It is imperative that you attend this important event to not only show
support for Dr. Macaulay, but also to become more informed about the
arguments that the proponents of Assisted Suicide are using to
persuade the voters of Washington to pass Initiative 1000.
The speakers will be taking questions from the audience, so come
prepared with a few in mind.
